Before you begin the application process, ensure that you meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You are a citizen of an e-Visa eligible country.
• Your visit to India is solely for business purposes.
• You hold a passport valid for at least six months from the date of arrival in India.

Our Step-by-Step e-business visa Application Process

1. Apply on our Website: Register online on our e-visa portal.
2. Choose the Visa Type: Select ‘Business Visa’ from the available options.
3. Complete the Application Form: Fill in the required details, including personal information, passport details, and business-related information.
4. Upload Documents:
   • Passport-sized photograph (can be taken with a phone)
   • Scanned copy of the passport’s bio page.
   • Business card and invitation letter from the Indian company

5. Pay Visa Fee: Payment can be made using credit or debit card.
6. Receive your e-visa: Once your application is approved, we will send your e-visa by email.

Required Documents:

Important Points to Note:

• Applications for an Indian business e-Visa must be made at least four calendar days of the expected date of arrival and can be made as early as 120 days in advance.
• The visa is valid for 365 calendar days (1 year) from the date it is granted.
• Multiple entry, allowing trips in and out of India for the entire visa duration.
• With the Indian business e-Visa, there is no need of submission of original passport or any other original documents. All documents can be processed online.
